Two men have been shot and killed by a teenager in Manchester.
In a news release, the KSP alleges that the teenager shot the men after they broke into the home to steal guns early Saturday morning.
The teen saw the men with something in their hands, found a handgun, then shot Roger D. Smith and Jeffery M. Allen.
