A possible drug overdose has led to four people being arrested on drug charges. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a possible overdose at a Fallsburg discount store parking lot.
Firefighters treating the patient told deputies that one of the men was trying to get away because of an outstanding warrant and that a woman was seen tossing a black box under the vehicle they were in.
Police found the box with approximately 60 grams of meth, and a bag of heroin was found in the car.
Police arrested Joshua Lee Ratliff, of Louisa; Taylor Mills, Jr., of Lexington; Lucille Mills, of Warfield; and Julian Ooten, of Lenore, West Virginia.
