Daniel Jackson, 56, of Salyersville, who was indicted on federal drug charges in February, has been arrested.
On February 7th, he was pulled over for an equipment violation when a K-9 officer alerted to the drugs.
A search found meth, marijuana, and other drugs.
Jackson was arrested when the drugs were discovered but released on his own recognizance.
He was arrested again on Friday.
No court date has been set.
