Nicholas Pruitt, 49, of Phelps, has been arrested for breaking into a home and stealing several items.
State troopers in Pike County said that on June 15th Pruitt is accused of breaking into the home on Rt-194 of a man who had recently died.
Pruitt was arrested the next day.
