Jackie D. Hall, of Johnson County, has been arrested after leading a Floyd County sheriff’s deputy on a chase with an ATV, then a foot pursuit.
A deputy tried to pull over the ATV because of an equipment problem.
The deputy noticed the two riders on the ATV were wearing masks and gloves.
The deputy said that at about the same time, an alarm came in from the FedEx facility in Martin.
A K-9 officer caught up with Hall who was trying to fight off the dog when the officer made the arrest.
