The Kentucky Wildcats traveled down to Knoxville, TN on Saturday and traveled back home with a Huge SEC win over the Tennessee Volunteers 85-81. Sr. Antonio Reeves and Fr. sensation Reed Sheppard both led UK with 27 points, Sheppard also hit seven 3’s.
With the WIn, the Cats will receive a double-bye in the SEC tournament, played in Nashville later this week. The Cats will begin play in the quarterfinals Friday night at 7:00 PM versus the winner of the No. 7 Texas A&M vs No. 10 Ole Miss game that will played on Thursday.
Pregame for the Cats on Friday will begin at 5:30 PM on New Country 98.9 FM WSIP.
