A Johnson County man is jailed after police reported finding dangerous drugs, including methamphetamine, within reach of a child.
Deputies wrote that, on February 4th, they responded to the Riverview Apartments in Thelma and were given permission to enter the apartment by 44-year-old Michael Anthony Morrison.
While inside, the deputy noticed several pill bottles and a baggie of a white, crystal substance near a small child. Morrison admitted the baggie contained meth.
A search turned up marijuana roaches and a pipe.
Morrison was booked for wanton endangerment and drug charges.
