State troopers investigated a domestic violence situation.
They have arrested Christopher Ross Stewart, of Johnson County, as part of that investigation.
Troopers were called to a home on Silk Stocking Road and found a man with a large cut on his face.
The victim told police he was trying to break up a fight between his sister and a male in the home.
He said his sister had called him to help get Stewart out of her home.
Stewart was taken to the Big Sandy Detention Center.
