Kentucky Power Announces New Program to Provide Payment Assistance

Kentucky Power has announced a program to help people who are having trouble paying their bill.  

Vice President of Customer Service and External Affairs, Amy Elliott, said, “We want to help provide resources to make winter bills more affordable.”

Kentucky Power has a payment assistance program called Heart. 

This program offers low income, qualified customers, who have electric heat, $115 a month from January until April. 

Customers who have non-electric heat can get $58 per month.
