On Tuesday, Paintsville High School announced their New Girls Basketball, Dawn Kinner. Kinner has spent 14 years on the sidelines as the Girls Volleyball Coach, winning 1 All-A State Volleyball Championship, 4 volleyball 15th Region Championships, and 11 District Volleyball Championships. Coach Kinner has been an Assistant Coach for the Lady Tigers Basketball program for several seasons. She will be assisted by Adam Rice and Brian Helton. Congratulations to Coach Dawn Kinner.
