A man from Martin has been arrested after he was seen inside the Betsy Layne Family Dollar Store.
Billy Lee Akers was found by a Floyd County Sheriff’s Deputy lying on the floor in the back of the store.
Akers told the officer he didn’t know how he got inside the building or if anyone else was there.
No one else was found inside the building.
Security video showed Akers breaking into the building with a large rock.
