An arson investigation in Pikeville has led to the arrest of 28 -year-old William Anthony Hamilton.
A fire on Friday at the apartment complex on the Left Fork of Island Creek was being investigated by police when witnesses allegedly told them that Hamilton had set the fire, and he was still behind the building.
Hamilton was found and apparently had confessed to starting the fire and asked officers to allow him to watch the building burn.
