Paintsville police have arrested Henry John Ritscher after he confessed to using hidden cameras to record a 15-year-old girl while she showered and dressed.
The police said they were contacted by the girl’s mother who said her daughter had found pictures on Ritscher cell phone.
A search warrant found several surveillance cameras hidden in the garage.
He told police he had been secretly recording the girl for his own fantasies.
