A Paintsville man has been arrested, accused of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office report shows 42-year-old Kenneth Lash, had called 911 dispatchers on February 8th, reporting that a juvenile was intoxicated and was tearing his place up.
The deputy, however, determined that it was Lash who had purchased and provided the alcohol to the child, and five others, in the first place.
The teens said that Lash has also furnished them with marijuana in the past.
