Residents in Johnson County are being warned after tablets shaped like children’s vitamins have been found to be laced with fentanyl.
The Paintsville Police Department says 900 colored tablets which have cartoons that look like Transformers characters on them have been seized.
The tablets were found to be made of MDMA, which can be either Ecstasy or Molly, as well as fentanyl.
Anyone who discovers any more tablets are asked to contact police.
