The Kentucky State Highway Patrol in Pike County has arrested Kevin Hopkins after serving a warrant at his home where troopers found methamphetamine, syringes, and pipes in the basement along with a 9 mm handgun in the bedroom.
Hopkins was arrested by troopers and was taken to the Pike County Detention Center.
