A shooting on Friday in Pike County has landed a man from Phelps in jail.
Police said Ralph Thomas, of Phelps, was arrested after he allegedly shot at someone from his car last Friday.
He was arrested on Sunday and now faces wanton endangerment charges along with being accused of shooting a firearm across a public road.
