A shooting Friday in Letcher County has killed one man.
Kentucky State Police report that the shooting happened on G.W. Drive and identified the victim as 45-year-old Nicholas Webb.
The suspected shooter, 56-year-old Rodney Webb, was arrested on the scene.
Police allege the two men were fighting.
The situation escalated when Rodney Webb pulled out a gun and shot Nicholas Webb.
