Three men from Martin, Kentucky, are facing charges in the Amber Spradlin murder case.
Police arrested Dr. Michael McKinney, M.K. McKinney III, and Josh Mullins.
In a press release from the Kentucky State Police, 24-year-old Michael McKinney was arrested on charges of murder and seven counts of complicity to tampering with physical evidence.
Fifty-six-year-old Dr. Michael McKinney, of Martin, faces seven counts of complicity to tampering with physical evidence.
And 23-year-old Josh Mullins faces charges of seven counts of complicity to tampering with physical evidence.
Spradlin was found dead in the Arkansas Creek community in Floyd County in June 2023.
Investigators say Spradlin suffered multiple stab wounds.
Physical evidence including DNA was examined at the KSP lab.
