Big Sandy RECC is reporting around 2,900 members without power in Johnson County, around 1,000 members without power in Floyd County, 690 members without power in Martin County, and 507 members without power in Lawrence County.
Licking Valley RECC is reporting 2,567 members without power in Morgan County, and 973 members without power in Magoffin County.
