Paintsville police have arrested 30-year-old Rachael Irene Woods on charges of DUI, wonton endangerment, and failure to use a child restraint device in her vehicle after a four-year-old child was found asleep in the back seat.
Paintsville police were investigating a report of a possible DUI when Woods was found in the drive through of a gas station where she had purchased alcohol.
A preliminary breath test showed she had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit of 0.08.
